Safety In Action 2017
We are looking forward to seeing your year 5 class at Highlands College for this years exciting Safety in Action Event, taking place between Monday 10th July to Wednesday 19th July.
Following comments received on our feedback forms at the event last year requesting additional time for each workshop, we have decided to extend the event ( with the co operation of Highlands College) to eight days, with two longer sessions, the first starting at 9.15am and finishing at 11.30am and the second session starting at 12.15pm and finishing at 2.30pm. This will give our workshop leaders additional time to deliver their important safety messages and there may be time to answer questions.
All primary school year 5 classes have now been invited to this event and time slots have been allocated. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session.
Please organise your own transport to drop off and pick up students from the first main car park of Highlands College where we will meet and greet you all.
Due to our hectic timetable, prompt pick up and drop off would be most appreciated!
School uniform is not required, track suits and trainers may well be more comfortable along with sun hats and sun cream.
Please ensure you have adequate adult supervision for the event as per Education Department guidelines.
Any problems or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
Looking forward to seeing you in July.
